Shipping policy

For Wupro's shipping policies, please read the following carefully and pay special attention to any bold, italicized, or red-marked areas.

If there is a discrepancy between the English and other language versions, the English version will prevail.

Regions and Dates

Local Warehouses:
We have local warehouses in  Brazil,North America, and Europe.

Order Processing Time:
Once payment is completed, it will take 1-3 business days for us to process your order and then begin shipping.

Delivery time:

1.From EU local warehouses 

Ship to EU(European Union)：Typical shipping time:1-7 working days

2.From Brazilian local warehouses 

Ship to Brazilian：Typical shipping time:3-10 days

3.From US local warehouses 

Ship to North America：Typical shipping time:2-7 working days

4.From China Warehouse:

Ship To Global: Typical shipping time: 5-25 days.
Shipping time might be delayed for 1-2 days for transportation to remote regions.

Note:Motorised screens and laser TV cabinets shipped from China warehouse

1. By default WUPRO will bear the tax, but it takes longer shipping time.

2. If you choose to ship by DHL,UPS,FEDEX,etc., the shipping time to global area is 5-15 days, but you need to bear the responsibility of customs clearance.

3. Laser TV cabinets can only be shipped by sea due to their heavier weight and longer transit time.

If local warehouse stock is sold out, it will be shipped from China warehouse!

Product pages will indicate availability at local warehouses.

• Formovie cinema edge ,Formovie Theater ,Formovie Theater Premium is not available for sale to Singapore, the United States

 wuprobuy assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:

 1.Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee's actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering, an unknown address or wrong address, entering incorrect contact information, and refusal to receive, etc.

2. Delay due to force maleure. "Force maieure" means an unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable obiective situation and other objective conditions that cause delayed shipping, including, but not limited to: national or regional air or ground transportation system controls or interruptions (e.g., weather reasons), communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other similar events.

3. Shipments that are contiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transportation regulations.
4..Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee's address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.

5The consignee address is a school, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access.

Shipping Fee

We offer free standard express shipping on all markets we sell on our website. If you need expedited service, please contact Wuprobuy customer service before submitting your order.

Taxes

About Taxes and Duties
In most cases, you will not need to pay any additional taxes or duties. All necessary taxes and duties are included in the price of our products. 

1. All projectors and accessories: The prices of all projectors and their accessories include all taxes and duties.

2. All products shipped from a local warehouse: If your order is shipped from a local warehouse, the price includes all taxes and duties.

3.For other products if you are unsure if tax is included, please refer to the product page description

In addition, if you are not sure whether the price of the product includes tax, or if you need WUPROBUY to take the responsibility of customs clearance, please feel free to contact wuprobuy@wupro.com or start a consultation online to discuss the feasibility.

Canceling an Order or Returning a Package

You may modify or cancel your order by contacting Wupro prior to the start of shipping. Wupro will not accept any changes to your order once it has shipped, and shipping costs caused by customer remorse will not be refunded under any circumstances and will be deducted when the order is refunded, regardless of whether you are entitled to free shipping.

If you request to cancel your order while your package is in the process of being shipped, we will attempt to communicate with the logistics provider to discontinue the shipment and return the shipped package. If that fails, you can refuse to sign for the package or sign for the package and send it back after contacting Wupro's customer service.

Whichever method you choose, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the package. After the warehouse receives the returned package, we will check the status of the package and deduct the shipping and repacking costs incurred in the refund.

Please note that it is not our obligation to intercept the package after shipment, and it is up to the carrier to successfully discontinue the shipment. If the loss of the package is lost due to customer remorse, the customer will bear the full loss.

Out of stock

Although it is not something we want to see, in some extreme cases (e.g. factory strikes, shipping routes, local government closures), site products will be out of stock for a short period of time, which will result in longer fulfillment times, and we will normally ship within 45 days.

You can ask us to cancel your order or continue to wait. If you do not want to wait, we will immediately refund the full amount, if you continue to wait, we can negotiate with you some compensatory measures.
