Our return policy is valid for 14calendar days. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since you received the goods, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

If you notice any damage to the outer packaging when receiving your parcel, please take photos immediately and make a note on the delivery receipt. Then, check the contents of the package and contact our customer support team as soon as possible if there are any issues.
Additionally, we recommend recording an unboxing video after receiving the package, following the guidelines below. This will help us assist you more effectively in case of any problems.
The video needs to be recorded completely:
- The appearance of the package and the original seal status
- Clearly show the courier bill number and recipient information
- The complete unsealing process and the full picture of the goods show
- If any abnormality is found, please focus on the details of the problem.
A complete and effective unboxing video will help us verify the situation faster and speed up the processing of your after-sales application. (Please keep the video until the end of the after-sales process)
Merchandise that is not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customised products
- Laser TV Cabinet
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Products that have been lost or stolen
- Items that are out of warranty.
- Non-quality issues (after 14 days of receipt)
- Free products
- Repairs completed by a third party.
- Damage caused by personal misuse by the customer
Replacement Policy
If you believe the product was damaged during transportation or arrived with defects, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and attach photo evidence of the damage to wuprobuy@wupro.com.
For quality issues (within 30 days after delivery to North America, EU, UK),
Upon returning the product to the warehouse, WuproBuy will reimburse your shipping fees based on the invoice you provide.
Consumer warranties may not apply if the product is damaged due to abnormal use.
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Include any gifts received with the return. If the returned product is missing accessories or other bundled items shipped with the product, the retail value of these items will be deducted from your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important note: If the buyer fails to cooperate with customs clearance or refuses to accept the package, resulting in the package being returned, any additional costs, including return shipping fees, will be borne by the buyer.
Returns Cost
Quality issues: If returned within 14 days for quality issues, WUPRO will cover the shipping costs.
No Reason Returns: If returned within 14 days for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and post the refund.
