What is a price matching policy?

WUPROBUY Price Match Policy

Eligibility:

Products must be identical, including model, colour and specification.
Products must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor's shop or website.
Competitors:

We price match with major online and local retailers. This includes Amazon, Aliexpress and other authorised resellers.
How to Apply for a Price Match:

Buy online: before making a purchase, contact our customer service team and provide a link to a competitor's advert or website showing a lower price.
In-store purchases: show the sales assistant the competitor's advert or website link at the time of purchase.
Exclusions:

Clearance, clearance, refurbished or open box items.
Special promotions, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales.
Membership or loyalty programme pricing.
Price adjustments:

If you find a lower price within 14 days of purchase, we will refund the difference.
