Installation ultra-rapide, fonctionnement hyper silencieux et connexion immédiate avec mon Hisense PX3 Pro. La configuration est simple et intuitive, et le plateau rentre tranquillement tout seul après 5 minutes d’inactivité, un vrai confort d’utilisation.
Envoi clair, soigné et rapide. Site vraiment sérieux et professionnel. Après ma commande de la toile UST 120 pouces qui m’avait déjà pleinement satisfait, ce plateau WP7 confirme la qualité et la fiabilité de WUPRO.

Great customer service and product!

i found someone selling a wupro screen on ebay,
when lookin on wupro website i found the price to be a lot cheaper,
so i contacted wupro and they responded very fast,
i asked a lot of questions and each time they got back to me very fast,
i was using a matt white role down screen with a epson projector,
and when i changed to a 4K UST LASER one i found that the 100" screen i had was not suitable as it showed up all wrinkles in the screen, so i was advised by wupro that the soft gray screen would work fine with my new UST LASER Projector, as i could not afford a UST ALR Screen i orded the 120" soft gray floor rising screen
and i was told that if i did not claim the discount, they would ship the screen by DHL Express, so this is what i did, then a day after it was shipped i got a email from dhl saying it was on hold, i contacted wupro to find out why, and they said it had been opened by customs at there end, and they would resend as it got returned to them,
i then got a email from DHL saying it had been dispatched, with a new tracking number, This was on a Monday, and i was told that the delivery day in the UK would be Thursday of the same week,
then on the Wednesday i got a email to say that the screen would be delivered later that day, this was so fast,
I have now set the 120" screen up, and i must say that i am very happy, i would say that this screen is not as bright as the one it is replacing but because it is soft gray, the contrast is great and the blacks are darker,
at the price of £606 for this 120" screen it is great, it would had cost another £800-1000 for a UST ALR screen, but i can not see that it would had been that much better,
as this one is working so well.

Fast shipping, no extra payments, taxes etc.

The projector arrived on time and in perfect condition. Everything works flawlessly. The only minor issue is that the EU plug adapter feels a bit loose when connected to the projector‘s plug. Overall, very satisfied and would definitely buy from the store again.

Very good experience overall. As a Swiss customer, I was disappointed first that delivery from the EU warehouse was not possible, but shipping from China was still fast and handled professionally. Écran projecteur reçu dans un délai de 4 jours en provenance d'Allemagne bien emballé il est de très bonnes manufacture fonctionne très très bien rien à dire là-dessus il est livré avec une clé USB qui permet de le connecter au lieu de projecteur une fois qu'il s'allume il monte automatiquement et une fois qu'il se ferme et se ferme automatiquement je recommande énormément cette entreprise vous pouvez dialoguer via WhatsApp avec un des commerciaux et vous pouvez effectuer votre règlement sans aucun problème il fonctionne très très bien entreprise très très bien je leur mets 10 étoiles sur 5
