Great customer service and product!

i found someone selling a wupro screen on ebay,
when lookin on wupro website i found the price to be a lot cheaper,
so i contacted wupro and they responded very fast,
i asked a lot of questions and each time they got back to me very fast,
i was using a matt white role down screen with a epson projector,
and when i changed to a 4K UST LASER one i found that the 100" screen i had was not suitable as it showed up all wrinkles in the screen, so i was advised by wupro that the soft gray screen would work fine with my new UST LASER Projector, as i could not afford a UST ALR Screen i orded the 120" soft gray floor rising screen
and i was told that if i did not claim the discount, they would ship the screen by DHL Express, so this is what i did, then a day after it was shipped i got a email from dhl saying it was on hold, i contacted wupro to find out why, and they said it had been opened by customs at there end, and they would resend as it got returned to them,
i then got a email from DHL saying it had been dispatched, with a new tracking number, This was on a Monday, and i was told that the delivery day in the UK would be Thursday of the same week,
then on the Wednesday i got a email to say that the screen would be delivered later that day, this was so fast,
I have now set the 120" screen up, and i must say that i am very happy, i would say that this screen is not as bright as the one it is replacing but because it is soft gray, the contrast is great and the blacks are darker,
at the price of £606 for this 120" screen it is great, it would had cost another £800-1000 for a UST ALR screen, but i can not see that it would had been that much better,
as this one is working so well.
