Refunds
If you cancel your order within the cancellation period, you are entitled to a refund of all amounts paid.
Returning the Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Condition of Returned Goods
If the goods show signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality, any resulting loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Other products exempt under applicable consumer protection laws
