Yes. We offer two versions of the screen: one for desktop placement and one for ceiling-mounted installation.

By default, the screen is configured for desktop use. If your projector will be ceiling-mounted, please leave a note when ordering or contact us in advance to ensure the correct version is provided.


2. What is the material of the FlowArc Housing?
The FlowArc cover is made of high-quality aluminium.

3. Does the FlowArc drop-down screen support connection to Google Assistant, Alexa, Tuya, etc.?
Yes, it supports connection to Google Assistant, Alexa, Tuya, etc. apps.

4.Does the FlowArc screen package include wall brackets?
Yes, the package includes a pair of wall brackets.

5.What is the difference between CBSP Black Lenticular and regular Black Lenticular materials?

Installation

1. What installation options are available for the FlowARC Drop Down Screen?

The FlowARC Drop Down Screen supports Wall Mount, Ceiling Mount, Hanging, and Ceiling Recessed installations, offering flexibility to suit different room layouts.

2. Can the hook eyelets on the FlowARC housing be adjusted?

Yes. The FlowARC housing features two hook eyelets that can be slid along the housing and securely fixed, allowing flexible positioning during installation.

3. What are the recommended methods for installing a drop-down screen on a ceiling with beams?

• Directly on the beam: Attach the screen brackets directly to the beam. Ensure the beam is strong enough to support the screen’s weight.
  
• Between beams: Install a crossbar between two beams and mount the screen to it.
  
• Suspension rods: Use metal rods or custom brackets to hang the screen from high beams.
  
• Wall mount: Mount the screen directly on the wall if the beam locations are unsuitable.

WUPRO Cinema's projection screens usually have a 2 year warranty. It starts after you receive the product.
2. What WUPRO RR service, does my package enjoy this service?

WUPRO RR service is an exclusive service launched by WUPRO, the content of which is the free replacement of projection screen, if the screen is damaged in the process of use (non-human damage), we do not repair it but directly send a brand new projection screen to you.

3.Do you support customisation?
Yes, we provide customisation and OEM service for you. The projection screen supports light customisation, you can customise the colour, size and logo.
