If there is a discrepancy between the English and other language versions, the English version will prevail.
1. Free Standard Shipping
Free shipping is available on all WUPRO BUY orders, with no minimum purchase required.
2. Order Processing
- After payment is confirmed, orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days before shipment.
- Processing times may vary depending on product availability. Certain products—such as custom-sized items or items temporarily out of stock at overseas warehouses—may require an additional 3 to 7 business days to prepare before shipment.
3. Delivery Times
These times are estimates only and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and local conditions. For information on specific products, please refer to the shipping details on the relevant product page.

1.From EU local warehouses
Ship to EU(European Union):Typical shipping time:1-7 business days
2.From Brazilian local warehouses
Ship to Brazilian:Typical shipping time:3-10 days
3.From US local warehouses
Ship to North America:Typical shipping time:1-7 working days
4.From China Warehouse:
Ship to Global: Typical shipping time: 7-25 days.
Delivery of packages to remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.
4. Special Products and Expedited Shipping
133-200inch Motorized screens and laser TV cabinets are shipped from the China warehouse.
- Due to its size and weight, this product is shipped directly from China and is available by sea freight only. Estimated delivery time is 45–60 business days.
5. Warehouse Availability
We operate local warehouses in Germany, Poland, Brazil, and North America to provide faster and more efficient order fulfillment.
Product pages indicate whether local-warehouse stock is available.
If local warehouse stock is unavailable, your order may be shipped from our China warehouse. This may result in a longer delivery time. Please check the warehouse availability shown on the product page before placing your order.

6. Taxes and Duties
In most cases, no additional taxes or duties are required at delivery.
- Projectors and accessories: prices include applicable taxes and duties.
- Products shipped from local warehouses: prices include applicable taxes and duties.
- Other products: please check the relevant product page to confirm whether taxes are included.

Exceptions:
- Thailand / Switzerland / Norway / New Zealand / South American countries / island regions
- For these regions, additional taxes or import duties may apply and are borne by the buyer.
7. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Refused Deliveries
Please contact Wupro as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations can be accepted only before the order has shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you request cancellation while an order is in transit, we may ask the carrier to stop and return the package, but interception is not guaranteed.
For cancellations, refused deliveries, or returns caused by a change of mind after shipment:
- the original outbound shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any repacking cost may be deducted from the refund;
- Wupro is not responsible if a carrier cannot successfully intercept a shipment; and
- if the package is lost as a result of a customer-requested cancellation after shipment, the customer is responsible for the resulting loss.
The return address will be provided by our customer service team after your request has been reviewed.
8. Delivery Delays and Failed Deliveries
Wupro is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or changed delivery address;
- incorrect contact details, refusal to accept delivery, or other actions by the recipient;
- weather, transportation disruptions, carrier or communication-system interruptions, government actions, policy changes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control;
- violations of shipping regulations that result in a shipment being held, confiscated, or disposed of; or
- delivery limitations during weekends, public holidays, festivals, or at locations where the courier cannot gain access, such as certain schools, workplaces, or residential communities.
9. Out-of-Stock Items
Under certain circumstances, such as factory shutdowns, disruptions to shipping routes, or public holidays, certain items may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, order processing times may be extended.
If this happens, you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund or continue waiting. Where appropriate, we may discuss reasonable compensation for the delay.
10. Regional Sales Restriction
Formovie Cinema Edge, Formovie Theater, and Formovie Theater Premium are not available for sale to customers in Singapore or the United States.
