    1. What installation options are available for the FlowARC Drop Down Screen?

    The FlowARC Drop Down Screen supports Wall Mount, Ceiling Mount, Hanging, and Ceiling Recessed installations, offering flexibility to suit different room layouts.

    2. Can the hook eyelets on the FlowARC housing be adjusted?

    Yes. The FlowARC housing features two hook eyelets that can be slid along the housing and securely fixed, allowing flexible positioning during installation.

    3. What are the recommended methods for installing a drop-down screen on a ceiling with beams?

    • Directly on the beam: Attach the screen brackets directly to the beam. Ensure the beam is strong enough to support the screen’s weight.
    • Between beams: Install a crossbar between two beams and mount the screen to it.
    • Suspension rods: Use metal rods or custom brackets to hang the screen from high beams.
