Return & Refund Policy
This policy explains how returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are handled for orders placed on wuprobuy.com. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.If more than 14 calendar days have passed, we may not be able to process your refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it;
Include the original packaging, accessories, and any bundled freebies; and
Be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase. - If any accessories, freebies, or bundled items are missing, their retail value may be deducted from your refund.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, exchange, or replacement, contact us at wuprobuy@wupro.com.
If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label, where applicable, together with instructions for returning the item. Do not send products back without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
The return address will be provided after your request is approved.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
For a quality-related issue reported within 14 calendar days of delivery, WUPRO covers the return shipping cost after the return is approved.
For quality-related returns from customers in North America, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, requested within 14 days of delivery, WuproBuy will reimburse the return shipping fee after the returned item reaches our warehouse and you provide a valid shipping invoice.
Consumer warranty coverage may not apply where damage results from abnormal use, misuse, or handling by the customer.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Quality issues: If returned within 14 days for quality issues, WUPRO will cover the shipping costs.
- Returns within 14 days due to a change of mind or other non-quality-related issues: The customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- customized products;
- laser TV cabinets;
- products without sufficient proof of purchase;
- lost or stolen products;
- products outside the applicable warranty period;
- non-quality-related returns requested more than 14 calendar days after delivery;
- free products;
- products repaired or modified by a third party; and
- products damaged through customer misuse or personal handling.
7. Delivery Inspection and Unboxing Evidence
When your package arrives, please inspect the outer packaging before accepting delivery.
If you notice visible damage, take photos immediately and note the damage on the delivery receipt. Check the contents promptly and contact us if you find a problem.
We also recommend recording one continuous unboxing video that shows:
- the package condition and original seals;
- the courier tracking number and recipient information;
- the complete opening process and the item(s) inside; and
- close-up details of any issue found.
Please keep this video until your after-sales request has been fully resolved. It can help us verify the issue and process your request more quickly.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
