Yes. the peacock evo fresnel screen is designed specifically for ultra short throw (ust) projectors. it is not compatible with standard throw or long throw projectors.
What is the difference between a fresnel alr screen and a lenticular clr/alr screen?
Both are designed for ultra short throw (ust) projectors, but they perform differently: 1. fresnel alr screens provide higher brightness, superior ceiling light rejection, and better daytime performance, making them ideal for bright living rooms. 2. lenticular clr/alr screens offer a wider viewing angle and greater seating flexibility, making them a better choice for larger families or wider seating arrangements.
Can i use the fresnel screen during the daytime?
Yes. the peacock evo fresnel screen is engineered to reject overhead ambient light, delivering excellent contrast and vibrant images even in bright living rooms. for the best performance, avoid placing strong light sources directly in front of the screen, as no front projection screen can completely eliminate direct frontal light.
