A:Wuprobuy has warehouses in Germany, Poland, the United States, Brazil, and other regions. Your package will typically be shipped from the nearest local warehouse. A: We will prioritize shipping from a local warehouse whenever stock is available. Orders shipped locally typically arrive within 1–7 business days.

If the item is unavailable in the local warehouse, we will arrange shipment from another warehouse. In this case, the estimated delivery time is 7–25 days, depending on the destination and logistics conditions.

Q5. How do I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A:Please make sure to carefully verify your shipping address before placing the order.
If you need to make any changes, please contact us before the product is shipped.
Once the product has been dispatched, the address can usually no longer be modified.

A:When signing for a package, if you notice any damage to the outer box, please note it on the delivery receipt and promptly inspect the contents for damage. We recommend recording an unboxing video.

Q1.Which projector screen is suitable for standard & long throw projector?

A:Please provide your projector brand and model, your screen budget, and your usage needs (e.g., whether you want to use it in a bright living room or a dark room). If you have a specific preference for a screen type (such as a fixed frame screen, floor rising screen, or electric projector screen), please let us know so we can recommend the best option for you.

Q2.What long throw screen material is best for my Xgimi Titan Noir Max (or other triple-laser projectors)?

A: If you primarily use your projector in dark or dimly lit environments and want deeper blacks and higher contrast, we recommend our soft gray matte screen material.

When used with three-laser projectors, this material offers an excellent balance of performance:

Enhanced contrast and black levels
Helps reduce laser speckle compared to high-gain or structured ALR surfaces

Overall, Soft Gray Matte strikes the best balance between improving black levels and minimizing laser speckle.

PRO Tip: Soft matte grey cannot eliminate laser speckle.

Q3.What are the advantages of a Soft Grey matte screen compared to a white screen?

A:Deeper blacks, superior contrast, and more uniform brightness, with some resistance to ambient light, delivering more stable images in low-light conditions.

Q4.Is the WUPRO CBSP screen compatible with triple laser projectors of standard throw?

A:Normally, they are not compatible. The CBSP screen has a special structure and a gain of 0.6, so pairing it with a standard-throw projector may result in reduced brightness. However, if your standard/long-throw projector has very high brightness, it can still be used with our CBSP screen. It delivers excellent contrast and ambient light rejection performance while effectively reducing laser speckle.

Q5.Is the CBSP screen compatible with my UST projector?

A:Yes. The WUPRO CBSP screen is specifically designed for ultra-short-throw (UST) projectors.
It offers excellent contrast, outstanding ambient light suppression, and effectively reduces RGB laser spots, delivering a clearer, more immersive viewing experience. This screen is fully compatible with most major UST projector brands, including Formovie, AWOL, Hisense, NexiGO, and many others.

Q6.What is the difference between CBSP Black Lenticular and regular Black Lenticular materials?

A:Compared to other standard black lenticular materials, CBSP black lenticular material offers superior ambient light suppression and enhanced contrast. It delivers exceptionally high image contrast and more accurate color reproduction. These characteristics make it an ideal choice for high-end home laser TVs, laser projectors, and cinema-grade home theater systems.

Q7.What is the difference between your grey crystal screen and black crystal screen?


A:Both screen materials have super high contrast and both are suitable for high lumen telephoto projectors. The grey crystal has a better 3D effect, higher brightness gain and looks a bit brighter, while the black crystal has better light resistance and is more suitable for daytime viewing.

Q8.Can I purchase or request A4 samples of WUPRO projector screen materials for testing?

A:Yes, you can order refundable A4 samples of WUPRO Cinema projector screen materials from WUPRO BUY for testing. The sample cost will be deducted or refunded when you purchase the full-size screen.

Q9: How can I get the A4 sample cost refunded?

A: After you place your screen order, we will automatically refund the A4 sample cost within 1–3 business days — no action required.

Q11.How should I clean and maintain the CBSP UST alr clr screen?

A:For general dust, use a soft-bristle brush to gently clean the screen surface. Avoid touching the screen with sharp or hard objects, and do not use rough cloths or towels. Always brush left-to-right along the grain—never up-and-down or in circles. The back of the screen can be wiped with a cloth, but make sure it is completely dry before closing, as the surface is not waterproof

A:Yes. You may adjust and set the screen's limit points (memory height) according to your installation environment and viewing preferences.

Q6.How to install FlowArc Motorized drop-down screen

A:FlowArc supports a range of installation methods, including wall mounting, suspended mounting, ceiling mounting and concealed installation.
The housing is fitted with adjustable sliding hooks, enabling precise positioning and smooth installation. Compared to traditional fixed designs, it offers greater flexibility and convenience during installation.

Q7.Which side is the power supply located on the FlowArc drop down screen?

A:By default, the FlowArc drop-down screen has the power supply on the left side. If you require the power on the right side, please contact us—we can provide this customization free of charge.

Q8.Can the FlowArc Motorized Drop-Down Screen Be Set to a Custom Stop Position(Limit points)?

A:Yes. The FlowArc screen supports custom limit settings, allowing you to adjust the screen drop height to your preferred position. Simply follow the instructions in the included manual or PDF guide. The setting only needs to be configured once, and the screen will automatically stop at the preset position during future operation.

Q10.When installing the screen using a wall mount, what is the distance between the screen and the wall?

A:When installing the screen using the wall brackets we provide, the screen will be 1–2 cm away from the wall.
If you need to increase this distance, we recommend that you purchase an extendable bracket separately.

Q1.Can the screen be synchronized with the projector (auto rise and retract)?

A:Yes. Our projection screens come with a USB trigger as standard.
Simply connect the USB trigger to the projector’s USB port and complete the quick pairing process.
Once paired, the screen will automatically rise when the projector is switched on and retract when it is switched off, providing you with a seamless smart home cinema experience.

Q6.If the LeApex floor-rising screen is not fully extended, will it affect the screen tension?

A:We recommend fully extending the screen for the best tension performance. However, if only a small portion remains unextended, it will generally have little to no impact on the screen tension or image quality.

A:Yes, the WUPRO LT lens-style CLR screen is compatible with ceiling-mounted projectors.

This screen features a symmetrical lens structure (similar to an isosceles triangle), which means it has no specific top or bottom orientation. Therefore, it works equally well whether the projector is placed on a table for front projection or mounted on the ceiling for top-down projection, without any issues.
